I wish I had a picture, but I dont.
We are a family of four and this will feed us for two nights, so you could probably make it smaller if you wanted.
I boil 13 cubed potatoes for 15 minutes. Then I put them all in the crockpot, then add:
1 small container of half and half or cream
1 large container of sour cream
2 regular cans of chicken broth
1 regular can of cream of celery
3 regular bags of colby and monterey cheese (yes, its alot of cheese, but it makes it so good!)
Mix it all up and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
I then sprinkle a little cheese and bacon on top (yummy!)
Its super creamy and the best potato soup a girls ever had!
